Slottify is an online appointment management platform that allows service businesses to offer a booking system to their clients. The platform connects clients with businesses, facilitating booking, management, and appointment tracking.

2. Acceptable use

Users agree to: - Provide truthful data when making a booking - Not use the system to make false or fraudulent bookings - Not attempt to access data of other users or businesses - Not perform actions that could compromise the security or availability of the service

3. User responsibilities

Users are responsible for: - Attending booked appointments or cancelling in advance - Keeping their contact details up to date - Reporting any unauthorized use of their data

4. Business responsibilities

Each business using Slottify is responsible for: - The quality and delivery of their services - Compliance with applicable regulations - Managing relationships with their clients Slottify is not responsible for services provided by businesses.

5. Cancellations

Appointments can be cancelled by the client through the link included in confirmation and reminder emails, or directly by the business from their admin panel. Slottify does not charge fees or penalties for cancellations.

6. Limitation of liability

Slottify provides the platform "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from platform use, nor for actions or omissions of registered businesses.

7. Intellectual property

All platform content (design, code, brand, text) is owned by Slottify and protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction without express authorization is not permitted.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms of use. Changes will be published on this page with the update date. Continued use of the service after publication of changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from platform use, the parties submit to the courts of Madrid, Spain.
